Alrighty, First of All you've done a Fantastic Job!!
The detail on his face, Is spot on!

Now on too the Critique, First of all, like I said before Amazing Job! Theres not a problem wit the porportions, At all! From what I can see, Anyways, The eyes, I think, gives the picture justice! There spot on!
As well, on the stubbles, I can defenatly tell alot of work went into this!
The only thing I'll say that is off is the hair, I think there, Is why the picture doesn't look right, too you. (maybe)
Everything has attention of detail, Except for the hair, which is just a solid black, with a few streaks of lines. It doesn't give me an effect, that it is hair. I would of ignored what the refrence picture it's self had, because I'm asuming The hair was just solid black in the refrence. and I would of costumize it, so there hair looks more natural. And it has a 'flow', how I would of done that was use my eraser, and create more highlights, in the hair. but not use the eraser too much where it distracts the picture. but the outline of the hair is perfect, overall.
Anyways, This is Amazing! Keep it up, and hope too see more from you!
